The Red Escali Nutro Digital Scale features a large, easy-to-read backlit display, touch-sensitive controls, and a raised, stainless steel platform that is dishwasher safe. It can measure both liquid (fl. oz., or mL) and dry ingredients (oz., lb, lb. oz, or g). Use the Display Hold function to hold measurements on display when weighing oversized items. Use the Tare function to clear the weight of a container or multiple items on the scale. The scale itself will turn off after 5 minutes of inactivity to help conserve battery life.
